'Academia'´s logo designed by Grigorii Pavlovich Liubarskii (1885 - 1942), a talented designer close to 'Mir iskusstva' school and neo - classical movement in Russian art.Liubarskii designe 'Academia'´s logo in three different versions.It is his 1st version that printed on cover and flyleaf. VERY GOOD. A valuable collection of poems for studies in Russian poetry, especially acmeism movement. A desired item for collectors and bibliophiles. On the back of title page imprint reads as: 'Gosudarstvennaia tipografiia imeni tov[ arishcha ] Zinov´eva', alas many copies were destroyed by vigilant librarians or tovarovedy at state run antiquarian bookstores or mutualiated with razor blades or black ink in 1930´s through early 1950s.The same practice was adopted in East German libraries in late 1940s and early 1950s.
